01 — The brief

NicheTech makes high-performance flexible films and adhesives — for sportswear and footwear, for semiconductor wafers, for phones and foldable screens. A subsidiary of SanFang, it needed a site of its own that explains very different products to very different engineers.

A buyer specifying a back-grinding tape and a brand sourcing a stretch adhesive for leggings want different things from the same website. The brief was a calm, technical site that gives each range room to explain itself, shows where NicheTech operates, and turns interest into a well-qualified enquiry — in English and Chinese.

02 — What we built

A Next.js front end on headless Umbraco, fed by its Content Delivery API, with a page for every product range, an interactive map of NicheTech’s offices and a step-by-step enquiry form.

Each range — heat transfer logos, hydrophilic membranes, garment and footwear adhesives, semiconductor film and advanced electronic films — has its own page shaped around how that product is chosen: fabrics and surface effects, membrane specifications, hot melt types, or a line-up of wafer protection tapes.

The homepage introduces NicheTech’s four core product families and closes on its global reach, with offices in Taiwan, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and the USA plotted on a map, each with a contact and address. The About page tells the company’s story through a timeline that starts with SanFang in 1973.

Enquiries run through five short steps — contact details, area of interest, intended application, type of request and requirements — so the team knows what each lead needs before they reply — and each one arrives by email through Brevo. Every page is published in English and Traditional Chinese, with cookie consent and a newsletter sign-up built in.
